In a TR coaching session, you can expect to discuss your goals, challenges, and strategies for overcoming obstacles. Your coach will provide guidance, support, interventions and accountability to help you achieve your goals and stay on path.

The length of a TR coaching program depends on the individual and their goals. Some programs may last a few months, while others may last a year or more. If your coaching is supported by your school district, the legnth may be a semester or two.
